Inspired by living in South West London, summer strawberries and blue and white china, this series of Strawberry Delft Chintz plates are created in my studio by layering floral elements to create a unique border for a delicious strawberry in the middle of the plate.

Perfect on the table, for afternoon tea or a slice of cake. They would be equally at home displayed on a wall as part of a ceramic wall installation.

Made of fine English bone china which is known for both its whiteness and translucency, each plate is individually hand-decorated and then fired after the application of each layer of decoration. These variations make each individual plate unique but still part of a recognisable set.

The listing is for one plate which will be similar but not identical to these representative pictures.
